Our current coffee offering is a single origin semi washed coffee that comes to us from the Sul De Minas regions of Brazil.  The farm sits at an elevation of 850-1050 masl and is of the Acaia, Catuai Varitals.

Sete Cachoeiras Estate Coffee group is very involved in social and environmental projects. "Health for All" provides monitoring of the health and well-being of employees and their families. Training in behaviors of hygiene habits for a better quality of life in rural areas. The women residing in the Sete Cachoeiras Estate are invited to participate in the Crafts Project, which aims to increase family income through the manufacture and sale of homemade jams and other crafts. Environmentally the coffee farm is managed with modern and ecological technologies. The area is occupied by native forests and reforestation, which occupy 50% of the area devoted to coffee and 20% of the total area of the property. Aiming at the technical orientation for the reforestation of the ciliary and native forest, the group signed a partnership with the organization SOS Mata Atlântica, with emphasis on the construction of ecological corridors and diversification of fauna and flora.
